Stories Behind
SWA Architects is the most established architectural practice in the Turks and Caicos Islands, founded by RIBA Chartered Architect Simon Wood in 1995. Over three decades the firm has shaped how the islands have developed, building a reputation for thoughtful, context-driven design that complements the island environment and Caribbean lifestyle.
Over time, SWA has built a reputation for thoughtful, context-driven design that complements the island environment and Caribbean lifestyle. Their work spans luxury hospitality, bespoke villas, master planning, and commercial projects. In addition, each project is informed by sustainability and respect for local heritage.
An internationally experienced team blends creativity with environmental and cultural sensitivity. As a result, SWA’s portfolio includes some of the most stunning villas in the Turks and Caicos, iconic landmarks like the Casablanca Casino, and major new resorts including The Point by Grace Bay Clubs and Kempinski Turks and Caicos Islands.
To support that presence, Caicos Media works with SWA across brand design, web content, social media, digital activations, and print advertising.
